"The U.S Chamber congratulates Congressman Steve Stivers on his new role as President and CEO of the Ohio Chamber. We know that Stivers will be a great champion of pro-business policies in his home state. For over a decade, he has served Ohio with distinction in the U.S. House of Representatives while working hand-in-hand with his home state's Chamber of Commerce. A true friend of business, Stivers has continually voted in favor of pro-growth policies and leaves Congress with a 95% lifetime score from the U.S. Chamber's scorecard. This week’s Path Forward event focused on companies’ various strategies for encouraging employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
Throughout the pandemic the Chamber has been on the side of small business and will continue to be there moving forward.
When consumers are looking to borrow money, whether it be for a credit card, homeownership, or an auto loan, their past information is used by financial institutions to determine how best and at what level to provide the access to capital they need.
The Chamber is on the side of job creators, workers, and those working hard for a stronger economy and country.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Brazil-United States Business Council (BUSBC) offers recommendations on expanded priorities including collaboration to combat the global pandemic, a new digitized economy, "green" energy, environmental protection, and initiatives to build on 2020’s important, but incomplete, bilateral trade agreement.
